In 2022, I stepped into a journey that would completely reshape how I think, work, and lead. That was the year I joined ISEER. At the time, I didn’t fully realize how impactful this decision would become, but looking back now, it marked the beginning of one of the most defining chapters of my life.

The early days were simple and unpolished. We didn’t have a formal office, expensive equipment, or a perfectly structured workflow. What we had instead was far more powerful—curiosity, ambition, and a shared belief that we could build something meaningful. Our meetings didn’t happen in conference rooms; they happened in small restaurants, around tables filled with laptops, notebooks, and cups of tea. Those casual settings created an environment where ideas flowed freely, without pressure or hierarchy.

As time passed, I gradually became more involved in the core work. What started as participation soon turned into ownership. I began contributing ideas, building solutions, and diving deep into artificial intelligence and machine learning. Designing models, training them, testing different approaches, and learning from failures became part of my routine. Every project was not just a task but a learning experience that sharpened both my technical and problem-solving skills.

My responsibilities kept growing alongside my confidence. Eventually, I took on a leadership role and served as the CTO. This phase taught me lessons that no textbook ever could—how to make decisions under uncertainty, how to guide a team, and how to balance innovation with practicality. Leadership wasn’t just about managing tasks; it was about inspiring people, aligning visions, and ensuring that everyone felt ownership of what we were building.

Out of countless discussions, experiments, and iterations, one idea slowly began to take shape. What started as conversations on paper and sketches on screens evolved into something tangible. That idea eventually became ARETE. The journey from concept to creation wasn’t instant; it was the result of persistence, collaboration, and a willingness to keep improving. ARETE represented more than just a project—it symbolized our growth, our resilience, and our belief that great things can emerge from the most modest beginnings.

Even today, being part of this journey continues to shape who I am. From restaurant meetings to building real AI solutions, from learning fundamentals to leading initiatives, every step has added a new layer to my experience. This story isn’t just about technology or titles; it’s about passion, teamwork, and the courage to start before everything feels ready.
